About Rideauwood
Located about 35 miles south of Ottawa along the beautiful Rideau River, Rideauwood Farm is a full dressage training facility offering a friendly atmosphere with high standards of training for both students and dressage horses of all levels from Training to Grand Prix. It is also the Canadian importer and distributor of frozen semen for many of the largest and highest quality private stallion stations in Europe, and a breeding facility with a high quality breeding program.
It is a superb facility with 25 large stalls, 20m x 60m indoor arena, 20m x 60m outdoor sand ring, 20m lungeing ring , individual turn out paddocks, as well as several large pastures for broodmares and young stock.
Rideauwood Offers:
- Coaching and training by Susanne Dutt-Roth, an EC Level 3 Dressage Coach, and a member of the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Dressage National team with her Canadian Sport Horse Stallion, Rheirattack
- Selected breeding to Rheirattack
- Importation of frozen semen from Klosterhof Medingen, Hengststation Böckmann, Sportpferde Schmidt, I.P.S. , Dressurpferde Lodbergen, Paul Schockemöhle, Gestüt Grönwohldhof, Hof Sosath, Gestüt Sprehe, Gestüt Ligges, and Brookhouse Stud
- Selection of superbly bred and trained warmblood sport horses ranging from foals to Grand Prix
- Regular trips to Europe to make custom purchases for clients
- Quarantine facilities
- 120 acres of private trails along the Rideau River
- Several paddocks for individual turnout
- 20m lungeing ring
